"PEERS" has been at Springfield High School for a long time. Many different teachers have helped advise
the club and many different students have come and gone but it remains a solid group of committed and caring people who want
to serve the high school community.
"PEERS" are known for providing one-on-one support for students who need someone to talk to but in
addition will be doing more with conflict resolution in the school. They are leaders in the school, frequently called
on to voice their opinions or help administration and are mentors to other students.
The "PEERS" have also created many fun SHS traditions, such as MEET-A-PEER day, Advisory challenges, Door
decorating, Cougar Idol, Cocoa House and Dodgeball Night.
